We want you to love your gear as much as your workout; if you are not satisfied with your Peloton Apparel purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Package Your Gear
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are present, and affix the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
